Return Window

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, in original unopened packaging, and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

• Email incrediblecotton.canvas25@gmail.com to request a return. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions.

• Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

• Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

• For hygiene and safety reasons, cotton canvas bedsheets cannot be returned once the package has been opened or used.

• Final-sale/clearance items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original unopened packaging.
• Opened or used bedsheets cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Final-sale/clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, a refund to your original payment method will be issued within 10 business days.
• Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, contact us at incrediblecotton.canvas25@gmail.com.
